1.1 By participating in this campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use and our Privacy Policy and they are binding upon you.

1.3 During the promotion period, purchase over HKD 3000 or HKD 6000 on regular price items or promotion price items, could redeem battery for free and the details as below.

• Order a net minimum of 3000, you could redeem one M12 3.0Ah Battery (M12B3) for free
• Order a net minimum of $6000, you could redeem one M18 5.0Ah Battery (M18B5) or one piece of M12 6.0Ah Battery (M12B6) and one M12 3.0Ah Battery (M12B3) for free.

This promotion applies to Hong Kong Red Express online order only. Expenses on service parts and paid repair service will not be consider as regular item purchase.

1.6 Promotional items that you purchase (either free of charge or at a proportional rate) do not qualify nor count towards your basket value in order to redeem further free promotional items. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) which we deem to have attempted to purchase promotional items in order to increase basket size to qualify for further promotions. From time to time certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.

1.7 Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.

1.13 These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and any Chinese translation (if applicable) is provided for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
