SUMMER BREEZE COMBO PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 By participating in this campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”).
1.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use and our Privacy Policy and they are binding upon you.
1.3 Promotion Period of the campaign is from 6 May 2024 to 31 Aug 2024.
1.4 During the promotion period, for the purchasing of designated promotion kits from our E-shop (www.milwaukeetool.com.hk ) or in store at the Milwaukee™ Tool HEAVY DUTY CENTER store in Mong Kok and in Yuen Long, you are entitled to enjoy discounted price (see Appendix A).
1.4.1 For details of the contents, retail price and promotion price, please refer to below table.
1.4.2 The promotion offer is available in E-shop and store. Milwaukee Tool shall not modify or cancel any orders due to a customer's failure to select, or incorrect selection of, promotion product or kit.

1.6 Customer is responsible for entering the coupon code of the gift/promotional offer at checkout. Milwaukee Tool shall not modify or cancel any orders due to a customer's failure to enter, or incorrect entry of, a coupon code.
1.7 There is no limitation on the number of orders placed by you during the promotion period of this Campaign.
1.8 Photos in promotional materials are for reference only.
1.9 Promotional items that you purchase (either free of charge or at a proportional rate) do not qualify nor count towards your basket value in order to redeem further free promotional items. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) which we deem to have attempted to purchase promotional items in order to increase basket size to qualify for further promotions. From time to time certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.
1.10 Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.
1.11 All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.
1.12 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
