1.1 By participating in this campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use and our Privacy Policy and they are binding upon you.

1.3 During the promotion period from September 9, 2024 to September 22, 2024, customers can enjoy a " Regular Priced Items Mix and Match | Buy 2 Get 1 Free " promotion for regular-priced items when you have a minimum spend HKD 3,000 from our E-shop (www.milwaukeetool.com.hk) or in store at the Milwaukee™ Tool HEAVY DUTY CENTER store in Mong Kok and in Yuen Long . Specifically, when purchasing three regular-priced items, the lowest priced item will be free. This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

1.3.1 Regular-priced here means listed price to non-member, and member price to member who completed the login process.  

1.3.1 The promotion offer is available in store and E-shop campaign page. Milwaukee Tool shall not modify or cancel any orders due to a customer's failure to select, or incorrect selection of, promotion product or kit.

1.4 There is no limitation on the number of orders placed by you during the promotion period of this Campaign.

1.5 This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount or used to collect reward points unless otherwise specified.

1.6 Promotional items that you purchase (either free of charge or at a proportional rate) do not qualify nor count towards your basket value in order to redeem further free promotional items. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) which we deem to have attempted to purchase promotional items in order to increase basket size to qualify for further promotions. From time to time certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.
