REDSTART PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 1.1 By participating in this campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”).
- 1.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use and our Privacy Policy and they are binding upon you.
- 1.3 During the promotion period while stock last, for the purchase of any M12 or M18 REDSTART Program kit, you are entitled to enjoy a discounted price (see below APPENDIX A). For details of the contents, retail price, and promotion price of each kit, please refer to Appendix A.
- 1.4 Milwaukee Tool HEAVY DUTY CENTER (HDC) Freedom of Choice: During the promotion period from 1 April to 30 June 2025, Customers purchasing specific M18 Dual Battery Kits are entitled to receive one (1) free-of-charge (FOC) item. Full details, including eligible kits and FOC items, are provided in Appendix B. This additional offer does not apply to M18 single battery kits, or M12 kits.
- 1.5 The promotion is applicable in store at the Milwaukee Tool HEAVY DUTY CENTER store in Mong Kok and online at www.milwaukeetool.com.hk (E-Shop).
- 1.6 There is no limitation on the number of orders placed by you during the promotion period of this Campaign.
- 1.7 This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount or used to collect reward points unless otherwise specified.
- 1.8 Promotional items that you purchase (either free of charge or at a proportional rate) do not qualify nor count towards your basket value in order to redeem further free promotional items. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) which we deem to have attempted to purchase promotional items in order to increase basket size to qualify for further promotions. From time to time certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.
- 1.9 Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.
- 1.10 All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.
- 1.11 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
- 1.12 We shall have the sole and absolute right towards this Campaign, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the Campaign without prior notice to any parties.
- 1.13 We reserve the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
- 1.14 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
- 1.15 These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and any Chinese translation (if applicable) is provided for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
