Anniversary Celebration for Heavy Duty Club Membership Program |10X MEMBER POINTS CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 By participating in this campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use and our Privacy Policy(Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions of Use ,Warranty Terms and Conditions (where applicable) and Milwaukee Tool Heavy Duty Centers) and they are binding upon you.

1.3 The promotion period covers the following specified dates, and the Company reserves the right to modify, delete, or change the promotion period at any time without prior notice:

1.3.1 E-commerce Exclusive: June 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025

1.3.2 In-Store or E-commerce: June 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2025 (Wednesdays)

1.4 During the promotion period, for the purchasing of from our E-shop (milwaukeetool.com.hk ) or in store at the Milwaukee™ Tool HEAVY DUTY CENTER store in Mong Kok, you are entitled an additional 10x Milwaukee member points reward (the total additional 10x points reward for the entire promotion period is capped at 1,000,000 points); E-commerce exclusive offer applies to online transactions on June 1 and June 30, 2025.; In-store and e-commerce offer applies to transactions on June 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2025.

1.4.1 Points will be credited to your member account one month after the order is completed;

1.4.2 For every HK$1 spent, you can earn one (1) point. No points will be awarded for any amount below a whole Hong Kong dollar. For example, if the checkout amount is HKD$150.1, 150 points will be credited to your membership account immediately, and the remaining 1350 points will be credited to your account within one month after order completion.

1.4.3 For details on Milwaukee Heavy Duty Club how to join, earn points, etc., please refer to the "Milwaukee Tool Heavy Duty Centers."

1.5 There is no limitation on the number of orders placed by you during the promotion period of this Campaign.

1.6 Promotional items that you purchase (either free of charge or at a proportional rate) do not qualify nor count towards your basket value in order to redeem further free promotional items. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) which we deem to have attempted to purchase promotional items in order to increase basket size to qualify for further promotions. From time to time certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.

1.7 Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.

1.8 All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.

1.9 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

1.10 We shall have the sole and absolute right towards this Campaign, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the Campaign without prior notice to any parties.

1.11 We reserve the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

1.12 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.

1.13 These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and any Chinese translation (if applicable) is provided for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
