1.1 By participating in this campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use and our Privacy Policy and they are binding upon you.

1.3 During the promotion period, for the purchasing of the below PACKOUT Bundle Sets, you are entitled to enjoy a discounted price (see below specified) . For each Bundle Set you purchase, you are entitled to redeem one 48-22-8488 (PACKOUT Customizable Work Top) at a 50% discount. Details of each Bundle Set are specified below:

The promotional prices of $1,999 for Bundle Set 1 ; $2,599 for Bundle Set 2, and $2,699 for Bundle Set 3 and the discounted redemption product of this campaign are applicable exclusively online at www.milwaukeetool.com.hk (E-Shop), depending on stock availability. This promotion is not applicable in store at the Milwaukee™ Tool HEAVY DUTY CENTER store in Mong Kok or in Yuen Long.

1.4 In-store pick up is not available for this promotion. You have to use the delivery service for your order, and if a minimum spending of HKD $1000 is not reached after discount is applied, an additional HKD $200 delivery cost will be incurred.

1.5 There is no limitation on the number of orders placed by you during the promotion period of this Campaign.

1.6 This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount or used to collect reward points unless otherwise specified.

1.7 Promotional items that you purchase (either free of charge or at a proportional rate) do not qualify nor count towards your basket value in order to redeem further free promotional items. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) which we deem to have attempted to purchase promotional items in order to increase basket size to qualify for further promotions. From time to time certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.

1.8 Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.

1.9 All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.

1.10 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

1.13 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.

1.14 These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and any Chinese translation (if applicable) is provided for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
