Terms and Conditions for Milwaukee Heavy Duty Club Cash Coupon
- The Milwaukee Heavy Duty Club Cash Coupon (“Cash Coupon”) is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, and cannot be extended for any reason. The Cash Coupon will be forfeited upon expiry.
- Start from 1st November, 2023, The Cash Coupon is valid for a net purchase of regular-priced goods equal to or greater than the following value, either through our website (https://www.milwaukeetool.com.hk/) or at any of our Milwaukee Tool Heavy Duty Centers in Hong Kong:

- The Cash Coupon cannot be used to:
- purchase promotional and/or discounted goods;
- purchase part(s);
- pay all or part of the shipping fee (if any); or
- pay for any warranty, repair, or maintenance services.
- Each Cash Coupon is valid for one transaction and can be used once only.
- To redeem the Cash Coupon, you must do the following: -
- For purchase through our website (https://www.milwaukeetool.com.hk/), you must enter the Cash Coupon code in the “Coupon code” field and click “Apply coupon” on the “Cart” page, before clicking “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. You shall ensure that the Cash Coupon code entered is correct.
- For purchase at any of our Milwaukee Tool Heavy Duty Centers, you must present the Cash Coupon QR code during checkout.
- If you fail to comply with Clause 5 above, once the transaction is completed, you cannot redeem the Cash Coupon for that transaction, and we will not entertain any request to modify or cancel the transaction.
- The Cash Coupon, or any part thereof, is not returnable, transferrable, or exchangeable for any other benefits, including, without limitation, cash or other monetary value, credits, Heavy Duty Club points, or other products or services of any kind.
- The Cash Coupon is for your personal use only. The Cash Coupon is not for resale by any means and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes.

The Cash Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, privilege discounts, membership offers, coupons, and/or vouchers.
- The Cash Coupon will not be replaced, accepted or otherwise redeemable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
- For goods return or refund by you, the amount of the value of the Cash Coupon will not be refunded and the relevant Cash Coupon will not be re-issued after being used.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to make any additions, amendments, modifications or changes to the Cash Coupon or these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice to you of any material changes to the Cash Coupon or these Terms and Conditions, by emailing you or posting it/them on our website (https://www.milwaukeetool.com.hk/) or publishing it/them through other media (including, without limitation, marketing communications, and social media).
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our directors, officers, employees and agents) exclude all liabilities for any loss or damage which is not a direct and foreseeable consequence of a breach of our obligations.
- Our interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be final and conclusive.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
