Red Start Program Extension Terms and Condition

1.1 By participating in this campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use and our Privacy Policy and they are binding upon you.

The terms governing the use of said electronic coupon are as follows:

i. The electronic coupon shall be valid 3 Months whereupon it shall expire.

ii. Customer purchase any Milwaukee M12 FUEL™ or M18 FUEL™ Tool （bare tools at listed price only) can redeem a battery at selected platform for FREE. The electronic coupon may only be applied for the purchase of Milwaukee M12 FUEL™ or M18 FUEL™ Tool, whether at the Milwaukee™ Tool HEAVY DUTY CENTER store in Mong Kok (MK HDC) or on Milwaukee Tool website (www.milwaukeetool.com.hk) .

iii. The electronic coupon shall be redeemable at The Milwaukee Tool Heavy Duty Center – Mong Kok, Or on The Milwaukee Tool website (www.milwaukeetool.com.hk)

iv. For website purchases:

(a) Customers must enter the discount code of the electronic coupon in the "Enter Coupon Code" field at checkout to redeem the FREE BATTERY.

(b) You shall be solely responsible for entering the discount code of the electronic cash coupon at checkout to redeem the coupon. Milwaukee Tool will not modify or cancel any orders due to a customer's failure to enter, or incorrect entry of, a discount code.

v. For in-store purchases:

(a) Customers must present the discount code of the electronic coupon to Milwaukee Tool staff at checkout for the scanning of the generated QR code to redeem the FREE BATTERY.

(b) You shall be solely responsible for presenting the discount code of the electronic coupon at checkout to redeem the coupon. Milwaukee Tool will not modify or cancel any orders due to a customer's failure to present the coupon.

vi. The electronic coupon may not be used for any commercial purposes or exchanged for cash or any other offers.

1.3 This campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any ongoing promotions or Discounted items or for the purchase of any promotional bundles.

1.4 Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.

1.5 All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.

1.6 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

1.7 We shall have the sole and absolute right towards this Campaign, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the Campaign without prior notice to any parties.

1.8 We reserve the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

1.9 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.。

1.10 These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and any Chinese translation (if applicable) is provided for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
