TRADE-IN PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 By participating in this campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use and our Privacy Policy and they are binding upon you.

1.3 During the programme period, you could trade in your old tools from other brands of the same grade and get a discount for the purchase of Milwaukee FUEL power tools.

Details as follow:

• You could trade in selected M12 FUEL power tools of the same category at a 50% discount with 10.8V, 12V ,14.4V cordless power tools from other brands of the same grade, depending on stock availability. Eligible skus include : M12 CH-602C
• You could trade in selected M12 FUEL power tools of the same category at a 40% discount with 10.8V, 12V ,14.4V cordless power tools from other brands of the same grade, depending on stock availability. Eligible skus include : M12 FPD-632C, M12 FID-632C, M12 CHZ-632, M12 FCOT-632X
• You could trade in selected M12 FUEL or M18 FUEL power tools of the same category at a 50% discount with 18V or above cordless power tools from other brands of the same grade, depending on stock availability. Eligible skus include : M18 CHX-502C , M12 CH-602C
• You could trade in selected M12 FUEL or M18 FUEL power tools of the same category at a 40% discount with 18V or above cordless power tools from other brands of the same grade, depending on stock availability. Eligible skus include : M18 FPD2-502C, M18 FID2-502C, M18 FHZ-502X , M12 FPD-632C, M12 FID-632C, M12 CHZ-632, M12 FCOT-632X
• You could trade in either selected M12 FUEL or M18 FUEL power tools of the same category at a 25% discount with 220-240V corded power tools from other brands of the same grade, depending on stock availability. Eligible skus include M12 CH-602C, M12 FPD-632C, M12 FID-632C, M12 CHZ-632, M12 FCOT-632X, M18 CHX-502C, M18 FPD2-502C, M18 FID2-502C, M18 FHZ-502X

1.4 Trade-in tools must be in the same categories and / similar in function. For example cutting products (e.g. jigsaws) can only be traded in for other cutting products (e.g. M12 CHZ, M12 FCOT, M18 FHZ) but not for other drilling & fastening products (e.g. M12 CH, M12 FPD, M12 FID, M18 CHX, M18 FPD2, M18 FID2).

1.5 The promotion is only applicable in store at the Milwaukee™ Tool HEAVY DUTY CENTER store in Mong Kok and in Yuen Long. It is not applicable online at www.milwaukeetool.com.hk (E-Shop).

1.6 The tool set from other brands would only be acceptable if it is in good condition, and contains one bare tool, two batteries and one charger, all from the same brand and same voltage and volume. The entire set must be from the original manufacturer and authorized store in Hong Kong.

1.7 We do not accept trading in old tools from Milwaukee Tool.

1.8 During the promotion period of this Campaign, each person only purchases up to 10 sets per each sku.

1.9 Upon the acceptance of your trade-in tools, they will not be returned under any circumstances.

1.10 This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount or used to collect reward points unless otherwise specified. Users will not receive any mooncake voucher or cash coupons from the $5000 Top Up Program upon trading in their tools.

1.11 Promotional items that you purchase (either free of charge or at a proportional rate) do not qualify nor count towards your basket value in order to redeem further free promotional items. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) which we deem to have attempted to purchase promotional items in order to increase basket size to qualify for further promotions. From time to time certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.

1.12 All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.

1.13 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

1.14 We shall have the sole and absolute right towards this Campaign, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the Campaign without prior notice to any parties.

1.15 We reserve the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

1.16 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.

1.17 These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and any Chinese translation (if applicable) is provided for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
