「Master Talk」Campaign’s Terms & Conditions

1.1 By participating in this campaign, participants are deemed to understand and agree to abide by all terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 Campaign period: 20th July to 30th September 2022. During the campaign period, participants need to shoot a 10-20 second video related to Milwaukee’s products or Milwaukee brand, and tag @milwaukeetoolshk on your social media platform to get a Milwaukee gift package. The video shot by participants will automatically participate in “Master Talk” video selection and will have the opportunity to be selected for the "Most Creative Award" to win a set of designated prizes PACKOUT combination toolboxes, and the “Most Popular Award" for the video which had highest FACEBOOK "Like" and the video owner will award with a set of the specified PACKOUT combination toolboxes.

1.3 Participants must ensure that their video is original, never published, and does not infringe the rights of any third party; if necessary, the participant must obtain all necessary approvals for the work from the third party. Those who violate this rule will be disqualified from the competition and will be required to return the prize (if applicable) and indemnify Milwaukee for possible damage or loss. Milwaukee reserves the right to pursue legal action.

1.4 Participants must ensure that they have not violated the copyright, privacy, or any rights of any third party. In the event of any infringement arising from any compensation, the participants shall bear all the responsibilities, and Milwaukee shall not be liable for any compensation arising from the infringement of such entries.

1.5 If the video is obscene or indecent, contains innuendo or defamation to others, religious and political propaganda, violence, disgusting language, and behavior, or other works that violate the law will not be accepted.

1.6 The content of the participant’s video must not involve any other brand commercial promotion.

1.7 The participants must ensure that the file of the video is complete, and the specifications meet the requirements of the selection, otherwise the evaluation results may be affected.

1.8 Participating videos will be judged based on content originality and enthusiasm, creativity, the attractiveness of visual production, etc. All decisions will be final and binding by Milwaukee.

1.9 The copyright, use rights, and copyrights of all entries are owned by Milwaukee. Milwaukee has the right to modify, edit, use, copy, publicize or publish all entries in any media without the prior consent of the contestants, notify and pay any copyright fees.

1.10 For the use and publication of videos, Milwaukee can freely add trademarks or trademark fragments after editing, and then use them in the company's advertising (including but not limited to TV advertisements, radio advertisements, print advertisements, and other advertisements related to companies’ websites, publicity activities, promotions, and other public relations activities), etc., and there are not restricted by the place of publication. In addition, videos may be used on external websites such as YouTube (www.youtube.com), Facebook (www.facebook.com), or other social networking sites. The participants therefore agree to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of prize details in any post-prize-winning publicity activities.

1.11 If the video disrupts public order and violates social ethics (such as content that violates laws/policies/regulations, content that damages the reputation of individuals or groups, content that infringes on the privacy of others, etc.) will not be accepted.

1.12 Milwaukee shall have the right to delete the videos without any notification if the video content is violating the rules. This applies to the event's website, social media managed by the company, and related network platforms.

1.13 The results of the campaign will be announced on our Facebook within 30 days following the closing date of the campaign. The announcement may include the name and photograph, and prize detail s of each prize winner and participants.

1.14 All other personal data collected as part of the campaign will be used in conjunction with The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Cap.486.

1.15 Milwaukee shall have the sole and absolute right towards this campaign, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the campaign without prior notice to any parties.

1.16 In case of any dispute of the campaign” Master Talk”, Milwaukee reserves the right to the final decision.

1.17 These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and any Chinese translation (if applicable) is provided for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall ​prevail.
