1.1 By participating in this campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use and our Privacy Policy and they are binding upon you.

1.3 During the promotion period, spend a net minimum of $2000 on regular or promotional items, you could get one $200 cash coupon for free; spend a net minimum of $3000, you could get two $200 cash coupons for free; spend a net minmum of $5000, you could get five $200 cash coupons for free. This promotion both online at www.milwaukeetool.com.hk (E-Shop), as well as in store at the Milwaukee™ Tool HEAVY DUTY CENTER store in Mong Kok (MK HDC) and in Yuen Long (YL HDC). However, the cash coupons could only be used in your next purchase on regular-priced items in the MK HDC or YL HDC. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the $200 cash coupon.

1.4 The voucher entitles the holder to redeem products, amounting to the value HK$200 at the Milwaukee™ Tool HEAVY DUTY CENTER store in Yuen Long or in Mong Kok only upon making a single purchase of any regular-priced items on or before the expiry date shown. A maximum of three $200 Voucher can be used in one single purchase. This voucher must be presented before payment, and it cannot be used for online purchases at the E-shop (www.milwaukeetool.com.hk) or for paid repair service.

1.5 There is no limitation on the number of orders placed by you during the promotion period of this Campaign.

1.6 All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.

1.7 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

1.8 We shall have the sole and absolute right towards this Campaign, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the Campaign without prior notice to any parties.

1.9 We reserve the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

1.10 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.

1.11 These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and any Chinese translation (if applicable) is provided for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
