1.5 There is no limitation on the number of orders placed by you during the promotion period of this Campaign.
1.6 All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.
1.7 All deliveries shall be checked and signed for the individual customer or an authorized representative of the corporate customer at the time of delivery. Signature will be deemed to be made by an authorized representative of the customer and constitute acceptance of delivery of a complete order. We decide not to pay any compensation for the missing & damaged supermarket voucher of the complete delivery order.
1.8 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
1.9 We are not the supplier of the Cash Voucher and will therefore not assume any liability in relation to the Cash Voucher. Any matters with regards to the quality and availability of the product(s) and/or service(s) relating to the Cash Voucher will be solely responsible by the supplier of the Cash Voucher. Any disputes or complaints relating to the Cash Voucher shall be resolved directly between customers concerned and the supplier. For the details of how to use the Cash Voucher, please refer to the terms and conditions printed thereon. Cash Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other gift. If there is any damage or lost, the Cash Voucher will not be replaced.
1.10 We shall have the sole and absolute right towards this Campaign, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the Campaign without prior notice to any parties.
1.11 We reserve the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
1.12 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
1.13 These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and any Chinese translation (if applicable) is provided for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
